Motivated by a common commitment to quality and a drive to keep the enterprise sustainable, they joined forces in 2009. They guarantee their customers the highest quality product from an environmental and welfare perspective on farm, to processing, packaging and transport further down the chain.

Paudie O’Connell is a poultry farmer based near Ballinskelligs, producing artisan free-range ducks and chickens for both meat and eggs. He is committed to quality and has already achieved the ‘Bridgestone Best in Ireland 2012′ award. All the ducks are naturally grown with a hands-on approach to their care and well-being.

This beautiful handmade chocolate comes from one of the most scenic parts of Ireland. Overlooking the Skelligs and the picturesque St Finian’s Bay this small chocolate business has flourished in the last number of years. At Heather we know our chocolate and this is great stuff!!

Joe Daly and his wife Caroline run this happy little dairy on the stunning Valentia Island. Joe and his family have been farming for years and his pedigree herd of Fresians are testament to the fact that they know what they are doing when it comes to dairy farming. We are delighted to have their delicious yogurts, creams, ice creams and milks at Heather.
