1. Access to Moriartys.ie
We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
2. Licence for website access
Moriartys.ie grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Moriartys.ie. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this website or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
3. Your conduct
You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You understand that you, and not Moriartys.ie, are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must use the website for lawful purposes only.
4. Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Moriartys.ie, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve dispatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send this Dispatch Confirmation Email to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation Email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns must be with 30 days. All customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. We are happy to exchange or offer a credit note on unsuitable goods returned to us unused or unworn within 30 days together with proof of purchase. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, however, some orders may take longer than others. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order.
Please allow at least a week for your order to be dispatched depending on whether your item is in stock. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be disrupted by issues beyond the control of Moriartys.ie (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).
Christmas is a time when there’s most pressure on delivery & courier companies. We will do our best to fulfil and have your order delivered for Christmas, but please allow at least 2 weeks to give yourself the best chance of not being disappointed. We cannot guarantee delivery.
All Moriartys.ie prices are quoted in Euro and your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate automatically. Moriartys/ie provide a currency convertor. Conversions are estimated based on data from the Open Source Exchange Rates API with no guarantee whatsoever of accuracy. The Open Exchange Rates API provides hourly-updated exchange (forex) rates, relative to US Dollars.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer 2 methods to return and exchange items within 30 days if purchased online.
1. Mail us back the item with your own trackable and insured shipping method* to:

Please make sure you mark it clearly for this address and enclose a copy of the delivery docket and the reason for returning. Returns must be made within 30 days.
*The cost of return shipping must be prepaid at the point of return.
Moriartys are not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
2. Merchandise can also be returned to Moriartys Gap of Dunloe store with the original packing list strictly within 30 days. Please bring return items in original product packaging to help expedite the return or exchange process.
To return store-bought merchandise:
As our stores carry many more items than we offer online, we cannot accept these returns through Moriartys online store. Please return your items to the store where you purchased them, or to the store closest to your home.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will try to take care of you. All returns must be within 30 days. However the cost of returning items to us is always the responsibility of the purchaser.
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value at the time of purchase.

6. Pricing and Availability
We try to list availability information for products sold by us on the website. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable. Despite our best efforts, a small number of products on our website may be incorrectly priced in error. Rest assured, however, that we try to verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
When ordering goods from Moriartys.ie for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Moriartys.ie, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

9. Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Every reasonable effort has been made to accurately reflect actual colors however due to variances between monitors, colors cannot be guaranteed. On occasions, there may be minor differences between the product’s appearance in the photograph and the item delivered. We do our very best to ensure we accurately portray the product to you.
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
